A visual description of other objects which a specific application module is related to. It includes usually a set of surrounding objects and relations to support a specific analysis.
Purpose
Application context description is used to analyze the relations to other objects. It is also used to create relations which are not included in other models. (To avoid confusion in integration models).
Way of Working
1. Place an application module in the center of the model.
2. Use the EA-tool's function to access the relations and objects as needed.
