In the article "Principles for the placement of the meta objects in the framework hierarchy" the underlying principles for placing the metaobjects in the framework hierarchy are described. In total there are six principles, the fourth of which is "Is" and "Should".
The objects at level 2-5 in columns 1 and 2 are represented by "is" and "should".

In the first column, there are meta objects that describe how the organization has been realized, from the highest level, which is often the group, down to the lowest level in the organizational hierarchy Position. In the second column there are objects that describe with roles how the work should be organized based on the work to be performed. It is a truth with modification as even the current situation in an organization can be described with roles, for example for projects, administrations and process management.
