Description
It describes a situation or condition in which something we were looking for is completed, achieved or done. Some example of goal could be an implemented process or application, a destination you have reached, a title you have been promoted to and so on. A goal is often set in a strategic level and then is broken down to tactical goals which in turn is broken down to operational goals.
