A visual description of the content in a release showing which sprints are included.
Purpose
The Implementation Model view consists of an overall view of the sprints that ar included in a release.
This view is used to navigate other models.
Way of Working
- Choose one (or multiple) release(s).
- Identify all the sprints that are included.
- 1.Place the sprints in appropriately sized releases that make it easy to get an overview. Sprints (and releases if several appear) are advantageously placed in logical time sequence.
