A visual description of the structure of level 3 deliverables or work packages.
Purpose
The implementation description is an overview of
- Releases alternatively included in a Stage
- Capabilities included in an Epic
The view is used to navigate to more detailed models to show which releases realize different epics.
Way of Working
- Choose one or multiple stages.
- Identify all the releases that are included.
- Place the releases in stages with an appropriate size which makes it easy to follow and get an overview.
Releases (and stages if multiple are shown) are palced based on priority in a logical order.
