Purpose
Capability flow map can be used to illustrate how different capabilities integrate and show important dependencies.
Way of Working
- Choose the capability flow that should be illustrated and put it in the background.
- Place the business capabilities in that order that they integrate.
- Complete eventually with Organization and Value Proposition.
(A prerequisite is that the business capabilities are identified beforehand. This is a very extensive work which can not be fully explained in this little description box.)
