Governance is included in the strategy layer (S) and is used for modelling high-level concepts such as Vision, Value Proposition, Strategy and Value which in turn could be detailed in Goal, Critical Success Factors, Course of Action and Indicators.
In Prime Arch Core there is three important meta objects:
- Vision
- Goal
- Indicator
These are chosen based on SKL/Inera's core objects with the same name and are used for breaking down the vision in concrete goals as well as defining how they should be measured.
Meta Objects
Prim Arch Extended expands this to a total amount of 11 meta objects.
The reason is that when one wants to describe the governance with more precision, it is important to be able to differentiate between objects such as Vision, Driving Force and Value Proposition.
