Atlassian and Prime Arch

Through their leading position in agile development, they have through their software set a defacto standard in the area where they have established a number of important concepts and a hierarchy:

A basic principle on which Prime Arch is based is to start from established standards. The analysis is therefore unconditional in that the goal is to identify the meta-objects rather than to map them towards a decided definition.

For the initial analysis, we therefore chose to retain all concepts as candidates for meta-objects except "Theme". Large focus areas that span the organization are some form of area object, and the conclusion is that "F22 Capacity Flow" is very close to Atlassian's definition.

To proceed further in the analysis, a comparison of other established standards such as SAFe and Scrum is required. The result of the overall analysis is described in the article "Implementation hierarchy in different standards".
