We have now published three articles that describe three different uses for what you can use a platform for:
The first area of use is about showing the technology used behind different applications. Another area is to describe how infrastructure is virtualized using software. The third and final area is about showing which parts of the platform were used to develop an application.

We show how some selected meta-objects are used and we have selected some concrete examples of products to further increase the understanding of what a platform is. In each area of use, there is interaction with other dimensions.
