Information is about what a business wants to remember about people, events, things or places.

Information is the general term for what is transmitted through communication in various forms.

In Prime Arch, we distinguish "logical" information structured in different ways to promote business analysis from "physical" information arranged in a structure and format for operational use. I31 Information object is an example of a logical structure used for business analysis while I32 Business object is an example of physical structure used for operational use in a process.

Examples of "physical" information are "Building Permits" and "Logically" this consists of information such as Applicant Information and Case Information.
