Description
It is what that is happening in the business operation, step for step, until the result is delivered to the customer and the customer is satisfied with it. A process has a well-defined destination. The process shall produce a specific value, that is a benefit for a specific actor - ''The process' customer''. Processes are repetitive meaning that they are done many times.
