Description 

External driving forces are usually categorized as Competitor, Customer, Environment, Partner, Regulations, Supplier or Technology.

Internal driving forces are usually categorized as Assumption, Value, Habit, Infrastructure, Subject to discussion, Management decision and Resource

  • The work force's and management's knowledge and competence (internal, habit)
  • Technology development in positioning and identification (external, Technology)
  • Regulation on personal data protection, GDPR (external, Regulation)
  • Changing Demography (external, Client)
