The level in which an actor exists which makes it possible for the value-proposing business to develop relation.

Description

A set of different interactions which a group of individuals makes in a certain stage in the development of the relation with a company. Those different stages cover the development from becoming conscious, doing research, making a purchase, use and relating, until becoming an advocate who tries to convince others that even they should buy and use the products.
